Emma Ribom

Emma Ribom is a Swedish cross-country skier, born on November 29, 1997, in Kalix, Norrbotten. She specializes in sprint disciplines and has established herself as one of Sweden’s top skiing talents. Emma made her World Cup debut in cross-country skiing in 2018 and has since then achieved several successes on the international stage. During the 2022/2023 season, she secured her first World Cup victory in the classic sprint in Ruka, Finland, and followed it up with another win in the freestyle sprint in Dresden, Germany.

At the 2023 World Championships in Planica, Ribom won gold in the team sprint, silver in the individual sprint, and bronze in the relay (4×5 km), cementing her position as one of Sweden’s future stars in cross-country skiing.

In addition to her career on the ski trails, Emma is known for her vibrant energy, strong work ethic, and ability to perform under pressure, which has made her an essential part of the Swedish national team.
