David Åhman and Jonatan Hellvig are Swedish beach volleyball players known for their innovative and fast-paced playing style, particularly their use of “jump setting” technique. They became World Champions in 2023, marking Sweden’s first-ever World Championship title in beach volleyball. The duo also won the European Championship in 2022, solidifying their position among the best teams in the world.
In 2024, Åhman and Hellvig added an Olympic gold medal to their collection, dominating the beach volleyball tournament at the Paris Olympics. This victory further cemented their status as the top-ranked team in the world.
